ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Clothing Items: We accept returns in store on clothing items within 15 days from the date of purchasing online. To be eligible for a return, the clothing items must not be damaged, washed, altered or worn. They should also have all original tags and packaging intact. Please bring in the ticket, invoice or original tax credit of the purchase, which proves the purchase of the product. Harper and Roe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in good condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to intimate apparel, swimwear, accessories, items marked as final sale or clearance and gift cards. We will clearly indicate such items on our website at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT
Refund Options: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. You may choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges.
Processing Time: We will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-14 days to process your return.
EXCHANGES
Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request, subject to product availability in store. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund or offer alternative solutions.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Inspection upon Delivery: Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 5 of receipt. Provide details and, if possible, include photographs to support your claim to this number 503 - 7967 - 9592.
